Terms of Service

1. Marketplace role

Serlingo provides a marketplace and transaction-coordination service for gaming projects and communities. Serlingo does not automatically transfer ownership merely because a listing is published.

2. Seller responsibilities

• You must own or be authorized to sell the project.
• Listing information must be accurate and not misleading.
• You must provide working contact information for verification.
• You must cooperate with reasonable ownership and statistics checks.
• You must deliver the assets included in an agreed transaction.

3. Buyer responsibilities

• Review listings carefully and ask questions before agreeing to a deal.
• Do not attempt to bypass Serlingo after initiating a transaction through the platform.
• Provide accurate information during a dispute.

4. Prohibited listings

Stolen accounts, hacked assets, malware, illegal services, deceptive projects, projects the seller does not control, and anything prohibited by applicable law may not be listed.

5. Manual transactions

During the initial launch, payment is coordinated manually. The deal room records the agreed price and Serlingo fee. Users must follow the specific payment instructions provided by Serlingo for their transaction.

6. Fee

The standard Serlingo platform fee is 2.5% of the final agreed transaction price unless a different fee is explicitly stated in the deal room.

7. Disputes

Either party may open a dispute. Serlingo may review messages, evidence and transfer records and may restrict accounts or listings while a dispute is investigated.

8. No guarantee

Verification is a manual trust process, not a guarantee that a project will perform financially or that every claim is permanently accurate. Buyers remain responsible for evaluating a project.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
